Supporting your child's personal learning journey
Welcome
I’m Heidi, a wife and mum to two boys and an early childhood teacher with over 10 years’ experience, working in classrooms in Australia with children aged 3 to 8. My philosophy to early childhood education and school readiness, is that all children learn at their own pace and in their own unique way. Learning should be fun, uplifting, flexible and focused on the child and his/her needs and abilities - always striving to support each child to achieve their personal best.
I have worked with many students who have varying needs, challenging behaviour, learning and speech difficulties and English as an additional language. The aim is to create individualised programs to support each student and their own needs on their personal learning journey.
I work with evidence based phonics programs ( Letters and Sounds, Jolly Phonics and Talk for Writing), teaching writing, reading and spelling – incorporating fine motor and gross motor activities to support correct pencil grip and handwriting skills.

Pre-school Readiness
Supporting parents and children to become ready for the more formal environment of school.
